Giving to the Ellis Medicine Foundation
You Can Make a Difference!
There are many different ways to support the critical services and
programs at Ellis Hospital through a gift to the Ellis Hospital
Foundation.
- Unrestricted gifts
support the most compelling needs of the hospital including program
services, purchases of equipment, facility upgrades and expansion
opportunities in the year the gift was given.
- Ellis Hospital Foundation holds restricted funds,
usually on a temporary basis, to meet a specific purpose identified
by the donor(s).
- Endowed funds allow donors to support a
specific service (e.g. cancer, diabetes, cardiac, etc.) for
perpetuity. Donors are assured that the principal will remain
intact, with the income distributed as designated. Endowed funds
start at $50,000.
Thank You for Caring Campaign
While Ellis Hospital is proud to receive awards and national
recognition for clinical excellence and quality of care, we know that
the talented team of health care experts who serve our patients drives
these achievements. Ellis' physicians, nurses and other caregivers are
the ones who make a tangible difference in peoples' lives by helping to
make them better and, in many instances, saving their lives.
The Thank You for Caring Campaign is a way to honor of the
caregivers and recognize the people who have provided you and/or your
family with exceptional care.
On your behalf, the Foundation will notify the honoree(s) of your
thoughtful gesture. All gifts of will be recognized in one of the
Foundation's publications, and gifts of $10,000 or more will be
commemorated on a special plaque prominently displayed in the hospital's
main hallway.
Take advantage of this unique way to thank an outstanding doctor or
caregiver while also supporting the lifesaving work provided at Ellis
Hospital. For more information about the Thank You for Caring Campaign,
