Ellis Family Practice Associates is conveniently located in the
Medical Arts Building adjacent to Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.

We strive to communicate effectively with you, and ensure your
care is well coordinated. A patients care, for example, may lead in
several different directions over the course of a lifetime - to the
hospital, a specialist such as a cardiologist or neurologist, a
mental health professional, a social service agency, or may involve
home care. Whatever your health care needs, you can count on your
primary care physician to guide and support you every step of the
way.

Should our patients require more specialized care or treatment,
we will consult with or refer you to the appropriate medical expert
or link you to a social service agency that can help. Should you
require hospital care, our physicians will admit you to Ellis
Hospital and tend to you during your stay.
