Medical-Dental Staff Office

The Medical-Dental Staff Office (MDSO) acts as a liaison between the hospital and the organized medical-dental staff.

The mission of the Medical-Dental Staff Office is to respond to the needs of physicians and allied health staff with a commitment to quality service and patient safety. The MDSO oversees compliance with regulatory bodies and is responsible for the management and processing of all physician and allied health staff credentials.

Applications for credentialing and privileging may be obtained by calling the MDSO at 518.243.4628.
